We start with a custom flour: NO WHEAT, NO BARLEY, NO RYE, NO SPELT, NO DAIRY, NO SOY, NO CORN and NO RICE in our mix – just Zol-DUST, a special blend of nutrient-rich gluten-free flours. We add organic coconut oil and coconut palm sugar to the mix for moist, modestly sweet confections to delight any true dessert foody.  Flavors with nuts are prepared with their own equipment and baked in their own pans to curb opportunity for any cross-contamination.
